Are your products authentic or fake?
Beautébar sells only 100% genuine and authentic products. Beautébar only deals with trusted vendors and suppliers who purchase from the direct manufacturer or distributor. We inspect every product for quality and have a strict policy against counterfeit goods and stand 100% behind the products we sell. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the item you purchased due to these concerns, please contact our Customer Care team for an immediate resolution. Why are your prices lower compared to the department stores? Beautébar aims to be your trusted source for fragrances and beauty. We offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. We offer a competitive advantage to our customers through our product sourcing. Our purchasing team negotiates for the best deals and are able to purchase products in volume so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.
How can I add, modify or cancel my existing order?
Before you place your order, you can review all of your order’s information including product sizes and quantities, contact information, total and billing and shipping information. Please verify the information carefully before placing the order. To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service at info@beautebar.ca along with your order details.
Why is my order partially shipped?
To expedite your shipment, all in-stock item(s) are shipped first. We will notify you when an item is not available to ship and advise you.
How long does it take until I received my order?
Depending on the shipping method, all orders should arrive by the estimated delivery time indicated in our shipping page. Allow 1-2 business days for processing time. All orders are subject to credit card verification and stock availability
Do you charge sales tax?
Beautébar is a Canadian-based company. We only collect federal and provincial sales tax on all orders shipped within Canada. All orders outside of Canada are exempt from sales tax.
Do you gift wrap?
Gift wrapping is unavailable at this moment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to more than 200 international countries worldwide by DHL Express.
How do I get Beautébar coupon or promotions?

How do I apply a coupon or promotion?
Apply the coupon or promotional code at the Check Out page. Enter the code in the “Discount Code” field and click the "Apply" button for the coupon or promotion code to activate.
How come the coupon I entered did not work?
Some coupons and promotional offers require a minimum purchase or may not be combined with other promotions. Please refer to the offer restrictions which are noted on the relevant pages of the offer. If you believe that there is an error, please contact our Customer Care department for further assistance.
How do I update my customer information?
To update your customer information, login to your account. Click on “My Account” to get into the information page and make the required changes.
Is it safe to order online?
We take internet security very seriously and make every effort possible to insure your credit card information and identity are protected. We use 256-bit encryption through SSL servers using GoDaddy Secure & PayPal Certificates. Once your transaction is complete we do not store your credit card number anywhere, further protecting you. We never share your personal information with any third party.
What is the difference between Pure Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?
The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The highest concentration is in pure perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne. Some manufacturers make a solid perfume, solid perfume is as strong as a pure perfume however it is in a gel-like consistency. Eau De Toilette and Eau De Cologne are generally interchangeable, especially in Men’s fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.
What is the difference between a splash and a spray?
There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the application only. However, a spray bottle, being ostensibly sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.
Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others?
People with dry skin usually find their fragrance holding time shorter than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance. PH levels (amount of acidity in our skin) also varies slightly from person to person. Our individual levels of PH will determine how each ingredient in a fragrance will react.
How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Keep all fragrances in a cool, dry area, and away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients. An opened bottle should be kept in its box to insure a longer shelf life.
