The new oxidation dye collection features the same protein-enriched base as ChromaSilk Hair Color Cream and is pH balanced for consistent results when mixing. VIVIDS Everlasting can be used to neutralize, enhance or balance colors to create finishes that do not currently exist in the ChromaSilk range. Moreover, it is not necessary to use high-concentration developers; use 10 parts cream developer for maximum deposit or 20 parts cream developer for lighter, shinier results.
