Just saying that just because the shipping was the cheapest doesn’t mean that the product is very good at all!! This is not the right stuff, it is not the right consistency, not the right scent, not the right anything and it’s not even close to what the real product was.

I purchased the "luseta curl enhancing conditioner". I've been using this for years & I normally buy in store. Saw a good price here & tried it out. Unfortunately, the product isn't even the same, and is unusable. They still charged me for opening it, even though I have to throw out the conditioner, and then charged me to restock this garbage even though its a fraud product. They even tried to charge me for shipping it back, and didn't refund shipping it to me. Just for buying a fraud product and returning it, overall I paid 40% just to have nothing...
